The Motorola BACKFLIP Can Be Yours Now From AT&T
Mar 10th, 2010 | By admin | Category: Mobile News
AT&T is taking the step – have begun to sell its first Android device. The BACKFLIP Motorola is a full QWERTY phone, running Android MOTOBLUR user interface and an interesting keypad. The name is really good advice here.
In addition to the QWERTY keyboard on its back, BACKFLIP Motorola is actually a fairly standard phone Android – Android Cupcake 1.5, 3.1 “HVGA touchscreen, 528MHz CPU, 256MB RAM, 512MB ROM and a 5MP camera. Connectivity is covered by 7.2Mbps HSDPA (and quad-band GSM / EDGE, of course), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.
This is the first evidence that Android AT&T customers are getting, but there’s more where that came from. AT&T is getting other Android devices next to the BACKFLIP Motorola. There will be a Dell phone (we’re guessing the Dell Mini 3iX) and HTC phone (s), although we are not sure which one (s) exactly.
The Motorola BACKFLIP can be yours now from AT&T for U.S. $ 349 without contract or $ 99 after a $ 100 mail in rebates on a 2-year-dollar 30-month contract.
